DEEP FREEZING
Deep freezing process is a milder method that extends food shelf life without use of preservatives. This means that our products, compared with fresh products, have a shelf life up to 12 months. The conservation process is made at -18 ° C, which stops the growth of microorganisms while minimizing the loss of vitamins, even over several months of storage. With this process, our customers receive products that are always fresh and healthy.
